My media planning, strategy approach, negotiations, and placement efforts bring results. This is because I focus on developing strategy derived from fact-based research whenever possible. Media Planning
My media plans are customized for each client, and for each project. I’ve seen others in the industry try to sell a standardizing media tool, a social marketing gimmick, or research tactics to clients who may not need those services. I develop plans and executions based specifically on your needs. We collaborate on historical data, sales, and relevant information to develop them. This begins with doing homework using a combination of intelligence gained during a discovery phase and leveraging marketing research and data, when possible. Completing fact-based research analyses typically lead my plan strategies, recommendations, and budgeting.
Media Buying
My philosophy of creating team-oriented partnerships with local media vendors across the nation affords my clients the very best media opportunities. My buying power affords cost-efficient and effective media buys, particularly in Iowa markets. I have a stellar reputation for negotiating outstanding media positions for both paid and non-paid media. I am more than a skilled planner; I am a savvy buyer and tough negotiator.
Media Reporting
Post-campaign reporting is an important element of a media campaign, yet not all media planners/buyers provide it. I create Proof of Performance (POP) documentation of ad deliveries and delineate in terms of paid and non-paid (added value bonus) media. I assure accountability and provide continuous evaluation of vendor services and media performance. My experience, media resources, and technology, coupled with my strong principles regarding stewardship, lead to a sincere desire to achieve and deliver what is promised.
Media Account Management
Some clients require more marketing assistance than the technicalities involved with media planning and buying. I can provide a greater marketing service that ushers the media piece seamlessly into an overall marketing plan. This may include executive team presentations, marketing creative meetings, marketing invoice reconciliations, post-campaign evaluations, and other ancillary marketing services.
